Mr. Maroney co-manages the Investment Banking Division for Austin Associates. Prior to joining the firm in 1984, he received a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in business administration from The University of Toledo. He is the author of numerous articles on mergers and acquisitions and banking structure, and is a frequent speaker to banking groups on a wide variety of topics pertinent to the financial services industry. Having served as an instructor at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, he has appeared as a featured speaker at the “Acquire or Be Acquired” national conference sponsored by Bank Director Magazine.

Mr. Maroney holds Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a registered representative of Investment Bank Services, a registered broker-dealer.
