Mr. Fleck joined the firm in 1993, and he is responsible for merger and acquisition analysis, stock valuations, and other projects pertaining to bank financial performance. He manages a wide range of financial forecasting assignments on behalf of the firm’s clients and directs principal elements of regulatory application processes involving mergers and acquisitions, de novo banks, branch purchases, and other strategic initiatives. Mr. Fleck earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Toledo. He has served as an instructor at the Perry School of Banking conducted by the Michigan Bankers Association.
Mr. Fleck holds Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a registered representative of Investment Bank Services, a registered broker-dealer.
